Professional. Passionate. Enthusiastic. Energetic.
Along with knowledgeable, compassionate and just plain fun, these are just a few of the words that describe Pam Fain, a Fine Homes Specialist in the Pinnacle Peak area for The Equitable Real Estate Company.
With over 28 award-winning years in Arizona real estate, Pam enjoys a well-earned reputation for honesty and integrity. "The most important thing for me is to always tell my clients the truth," she says. "I'm very upfront and honest, just like I expect people to be with me."
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Pam has lived in Scottsdale since 1980. "Before that, I lived not only in Atlanta, but also in Pennsylvania and Las Vegas, where I dealt 21 and Baccarat and had a blast," says Pam, with a smile. "I modeled some there and was even named Mrs. Nevada in 1979, which was a lot of fun."
After arriving in the beautiful Sonoran desert of Arizona, Pam decided to enter Real Estate, and like everything else she does, did so with passion and enthusiasm. "I truly took to this profession because I love the magnificence of this area and as an agent, you are blessed with the ability to meet so many diverse people with different backgrounds."
Pam's achievements are numerous, and read like a Who's Who listing of top awards in the industry. They include The Peak Award, Top Ten in the Company, The Sonoran Award for Outstanding Performance, President's Circle, Top 5% Internationally, Top Producer for Sales Volume, Top Producer for Sales Units and The Sterling Award. She also has her Fine Homes Certification.
Pam's private life revolves around her daughter, Kimera, and her young grand-daughter Elle, who loves to toddle along with Pam on shopping trips. "Elle is the light of my life and the more time I can spend with her makes everything else seem minimal," says Pam. "I also love to get my hands dirty, especially if it involves horses and dogs. I have a horse and I've had five German Shepherds. I'm currently working with Jack, my five-month-old Shepherd, as he trains with his police-trained siblings. It's really fun and a fascinating experience, because these dogs are so incredibly smart."
When asked about her personal goals, Pam states that the most important thing to her is to maintain the closeness she has with her daughter and grand-daughter as well as with the wonderful friends she's made over the years, many of them past clients. "Professionally, I absolutely love to see my clients get excited and fall in love with the home of their dreams. The most rewarding aspect of that for me is knowing that I helped them accomplish this major goal of theirs."d them accomplish that."
