Review of Offer and Agreement with Buyer

¥ Buyer's agent presents an offer
¥ Discussing and clarifying of proposed terms and conditions

Completing the Settlement Process (per purchase contract)

¥ Depositing of buyer's earnest money
¥ Signing of documents
¥ Title search; preliminary title report to buyer

¥ Balance of funds from buyer/Loan funding
